This is totally a reference to that one episode when England wanted to grow his hair out when he was little ... It's not meant to be a serious picture at all! LOL
I just wanted to draw myself something funny since I have been going through a really bad time lately... I honestly had a hard time keeping a straight face while I drew this. I kept snickering at it.
Look at England long, thick, luscious locks! Aren't they beautiful?! ... He's much cuter with short hair though, in my opinion! LOL
